    Construction Update: South Campus Gateway Expansion

    The construction of the first phase of the seven-acre Edwards Communities South Campus Gateway has progressed quickly over the past several months, with new apartments and a central parking garage rapidly approaching completion between Eight and Ninth Avenues, East of High Street. This phase will contain 250 new apartment units upon completion, with a second phase facing High Street set to begin construction this summer. Phase two will add another 140 apartment units to the total, with 23,000 square feet of ground-floor retail as well.
