    Construction Update: Buggyworks Offices

The eastern Buggworks Building in the Arena District is undergoing a $10.5 million renovation by owner Nationwide Realty Investors, to convert the historic structure into Class-A offices spaces. Upon completion, the building will add over 100,000 square feet of space to the Downtown market. (The western Buggyworks building was renovated into condos in 2004).

The project was originally slated for a late-summer 2015 completion, but has been pushed back to an early 2016 timeframe.
