One of the most rapidly transforming areas in Central Ohio in the University District area. Construction cranes currently line High Street where taller buildings are being erected while projects with larger footprints are now under way in other parts of the larger neighborhood. One example is the start of construction on the next phase of Grant Park, which will add 398 new residential units to the former Columbus Coated Fabrics site once completed.
