Our ongoing Construction Roundup series this week takes a look at The Short North today, where a handful of development sites are showing signs of rapid progress. Of course, there’s still more on the way that has not yet begun construction, or has not yet been approved, including the eight-story Kaufman Development proposal , the 10-story Grandview Mercantile proposal , and the 10-story Haiku site proposal .
Some of the development projects in the neighborhood that have begun to take physical form include the newest for-sale homes under construction in Jeffrey Park , the retail renovation from Capitol Equities on North Fourth Street, The Jerome in Victorian Village, the second phase of Aston Row townhomes , and more.
