Unsurprisingly, the Short North continues to be one of the hottest neighborhoods for new development, which means that construction sites can be found all throughout Italian Village, Victorian Village and along High Street as well.
Our latest construction roundup includes photos taken all over the neighborhood, including the site of Hubbard Park Place, which has officially broken ground in the parking lot behind Hubbard Grille. Work has progressed quite a bit this spring at The Jerome/Truberry on Second in Victorian Village, which includes both for-sale condos and for-rent apartments. The first phase of The Burwell includes eight for-sale townhomes on the north end of Italian Village. Foundation work has begun on several new for-sale Jeffrey Park homes, also located in Italian Village. Next door to that is 25 Jeffrey Park, where more for-sale townhomes are rapidly being completed. In non-residential news, there’s the 55-foot-tall addition at Middle West Spirits on the north end of the Short North, which will house new distillery equipment upon completion of construction.
If you’re interested in touring dozens of new apartments, homes and condos in Columbus, including Jeffrey Park, 25 Jeffrey Park and Truberry on Second, you can join us for the upcoming Urban Living Tour on Sunday, May 15th.
