Every month we publish a photo series that documents the construction progress at various development sites throughout urban Columbus, showcasing the rapid evolution of our city through new apartments, new retail spaces, new offices, revamped streets, highways, greenspaces and cultural institutions. It’s always a challenge to capture everything, and this month we’ve slowed down a bit to provide more viewing angles on fewer development projects to showcase how these new places fit their neighborhoods and streets in different contexts that aren’t normally shown.

Next month we’ll revisit some of the other construction sites to see how they’ve been updated over a two month gap. And as always, if you have your own photos to share, feel free to post them on our messageboard.

The Joseph – An 11-story hotel and six-story office building located in the Short North.
