As the warm summer transitions quickly into a cool fall, we’re also seeing many construction projects transitioning throughout Columbus into different phases.

The scaffolding came down at The Woods Co apartment building in the Short North, while the 600 Goodale apartment building is just going vertical. New parking garages in The Arena District have topped out, and new pedestrian walkways are being poured in front of new office buildings near by. The first tenants at the Grandview Yard Apartments will be moving in next month as construction wraps up, while new construction breaks ground just north at the new Third Avenue Giant Eagle Grocery Store.
