    Construction Roundup: October 2012

Work continues on construction projects of all types throughout the City of Columbus. Most noticeably, work continues on the Interstate 71/670 project, which has re-opened the Spring Street Bridge to neighborhood traffic last week. The new apartment building in Harrison West has progressed quickly. The 600 Goodale apartment building continues to rise. Two new parking garages in The Arena District look nearly completed. The new Grandview Yard Apartments have moved in the first residents and are completing the rest of their units. Preliminary ground work continues at the new Third Avenue Giant Eagle Grocery Store. Ground was just broken on the first of two new five-story apartment buildings at Neighborhood Launch. Work is also quickly progressing on the second phase of the Liberty Place apartments in the Brewery District (pictured up top).
