    Construction is being completed on three new apartment buildings in Grandview Yard. The 600 Goodale apartment development is slowly rising skyward. A new apartment building in Harrison West is moving along quickly. The Tribeca apartments by Edwards Communities continues with construction. The demolition of the Fifth Avenue Dam will change the flow of the Olentangy River near OSU. Lennox Flats continues to grow with their second phase of apartment units. The new mixed-use hotel development on Lane Avenue will crown the new entertainment district zoned for Upper Arlington. Multiple dormitory buildings on OSUs South Campus are getting an upgrade. New homes have recently been completed in Weinland Park. Work continues on the new Hills Market Downtown grocery store. The Wonderbread Building in Italian Village is being converted to new apartment units. And after much anticipation, the Hubbard apartment building has broken ground in The Short North.
