As always, there’s plenty of construction, demolition and development to be found all throughout Columbus.

Work continues on ongoing Interstate 71/670 project, which includes the Spring Street and Long Street bridges connecting Downtown to the Near East Side. The Arena District is full of activity, including the groundbreaking of new apartments, the expansion of the Vine Street Garage, and plenty more. The second phase of Liberty Place apartments is moving along in the Brewery District, as is the Columbus Commons apartments Downtown. Neighborhood Launch is also expanding with two Downtown apartment buildings. Work continues on the renovations to the Shops at Worthington Place. Easton Town Center is getting a huge new parking garage. And Poindexter Tower is nearly demolished. Just to name a few things.
