The 28-unit infill developmentĀ in the King-Lincoln District that is provide affordable housing for working parents who are also students is already seeing its first residents move in while construction wraps up on the three buildings.
Additionally, phases two and three of the Poindexter project are simultaneously being constructed, adding new townhomes, single family homes, apartments and retail to the former Poindexter Village that was demolished in 2013.
