The Joseph – An 11-story hotel and six-story office building located in the Short North.
The Fireproof – A five-story 47-unit mixed-use apartment building at High & 2nd in the Short North.
The Julian – A residential redevelopment of a former warehouse at Front & Main, Downtown.
Battery B – A 56-unit apartment development at 6th and 2nd in Italian Village.
Jeffrey Park – The first apartment building in a larger 41-acre 1,350-unit residential project.
250 High – An 11-story mixed-use apartment/office/retail tower at High & Rich, Downtown.
109 North Front – A City of Columbus office building is being demolished and replaced.
The View on Fifth – A six-story 285-unit mixed-use development at Fifth & Holly in 5xNW.

Nearly $20 billion in federal grants and loans is on its way to Intel to support work on semiconductor fabs in Ohio and around the country. The funding is part of the CHIPS Act, signed into law by President Joe Biden in 2022. Ohio’s New Albany-area Intel facility currently under construction stands to benefit substantially.
Walker Evans is the co-founder of Columbus Underground, along with his wife and business partner Anne Evans. Walker has turned local media into a full time career over the past decade and serves on multiple boards and committees throughout the community.
