Welcome to the first edition of Construction Roundup of 2013! Sporadic snowfall and single-digit temperatures have slowed many construction sites down to a crawl, but there’s still progress being made on the days where weather isn’t as much of a problem.
This month we’ve got updates on construction on Interstate 71/670 project, various residential developments including the Flats II, Columbus Commons (pictured above), 600 Goodale Harrison West, Tribeca, The Hub, Liberty Place, new apartments at Neighborhood Launch, 570 Lofts, Grandview Yard and Aston Place.
There’s also progress on the OSU Medical Center Expansion and the new mixed-use development on Lane Avenue in Upper Arlington.

The recent cold snap hasn’t helped construction, but there seems to be a healthy amount work going around.
Hopefully some work will progress with the Fireproof building development. High Street is really starting to fill in nicely….
I know someone that is an owner of a company that supplies orange barrels/temporary fencing…$$$$$$$$$
