February has been a bit of a slow month for both construction and for new development news. Still, several projects received updates and newsworthy announcements. The team behind Aston Place presented plans for a six-building 140 unit residential community in Harrison West. Work officially began on the $400 million transformation of north campus at OSU, which will see the demolition of 11 older buildings, the construction of 11 new buildings and a complete reconfiguration of the area. A developer announced plans to build a 40-unit three story apartment building on Parsons Avenue in Olde Towne East. And Downtown preservationists completed the renovation of the historic Lazarus Mansion located in the Discovery District.
