It’s no secret that development is in full swing in Downtown Columbus. Dozens of projects are currently in various stages of completion, dotting the landscape of the center of the city. Individually, these projects represent the public and private investments of many local businesses and organizations. Collectively, they add up to represent an influx of thousands of new residents, workers and visitors to the area.

Two floors are being added to a warehouse in the Discovery District to create a new apartment building called The View on Grant.
Construction continues at the 12-story “80 on the Commons” mixed-use residential, office and retail building.
