One of the most active areas for new construction in Central Ohio continues to be Downtown Columbus. Multiple construction cranes can be spotted along the skyline for the taller new buildings, while smaller projects also continue to rise throughout neighborhoods including The Arena District, Discovery District and Neighborhood Launch.
Some of the most prominent projects include the new 12-story Parks Edge Condos that are rising in the Arena District, the five-story Neilston apartment building on East Long Street, the Buggyworks loft office renovation project near Huntington Park, the two eight-story government buildings near City Hall that will add new offices and a parking deck to Front Street, the nine-story apartment building going up on East Oak Street, as well as major renovation projects occurring both at the Columbus Convention Center and at the Downtown Main Library.
Below, you’ll find out the latest as to where these various construction projects currently stand in our latest Construction Roundup photoset.
