Construction Roundup: December 2012
During our last installment of our Construction Photo Roundup for the year, we’re finally seeing a bit of snow on the ground. The mild winter both earlier this year as well in recent months has given many construction crews an easier ability to keep on timelines or even get ahead of schedule. To see just how far things have come, you can CLICK HERE to jump back to January 2012’s photos.
This month we’re seeing apartment progress on Columbus Commons and 600 Goodale Downtown, the Wagonbrenner apartment building in Harrison West, The Tribeca on Third Avenue, the Hubbard apartment building in The Short North, the second phase of Liberty Place in the Brewery District, as well as the two new Downtown apartment buildings at Neighborhood Launch. Some work is wrapping up in The Arena District, including their new office building at Nationwide & Front, the FBI Building and the McConnell Parking Garage, while work is just getting under way on the new Flats II Apartments (pictured up top) and the new Columbia Gas HQ. And of course, there’s still ongoing work on the Interstate 71/670 project on the east side of Downtown.
