Construction Roundup: Bridge Park in Dublin

A lot has changed at the site of the Bridge Park development in Dublin since we last checked in back in August. The new eight-story AC Hotel by Marriott has topped out with construction and starting to take shape on the exterior. New residences are nearing completion on both the east and west sides of the river. And much of the new infrastructure is nearing completion, including new streets, sidewalks and utilities.

New restaurants, bars and amenities are expected to open over the next several months, including RAM Restaurant and Brewery, Mesh Fitness, Cap City Fine Diner, the Avenue Steak Tavern, Pins Mechanical Company, Local Cantina and 3 Palms Pizzeria.

Once fully built out with all phases by developer Crawford Hoying, the 30-acre Bridge Park site will host over 370,000 square feet of office space, 120,000 square feet of retail, nearly 800 residential units, a grocery store, and over 100,000 square feet of space for restaurants and bars. Additionally, the City of Dublin is developing a public greenspace along the riverfront with a signature pedestrian bridge.
