Major transformational projects are taking place in and around Downtown, including new apartments at Grandview Yard, a new Edwards Communities development on Third Avenue, the new Lennox Flats apartments, plenty of new construction in the Arena District, the completion of the Rich Street Bridge, new homes in Weinland Park, and major highway reconstruction on Interstate 71.
