Condado Opens its Doors in Clintonville Today

Clintonvillians, the trek all the way to the Short North, Downtown or Easton for some Condado tacos is no longer necessary. The restaurant just opened its fourth Columbus location in Clintonville at 2977 N. High St., next door to the recently opened BLunch and Lineage Brewing.

Anyone familiar with Condado knows the drill: start with an appetizer of house made chips and queso, salsa or guacamole; follow it up with a build-your-own taco starting at $3 a pop; wash it down with their house margarita, or anything else from their full bar. On Saturdays and Sundays, the brunch version of their tacos are available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“It has been three years since we opened our first location in the Short North,” said Joe Kahn, Condado owner and operator, in a press release. “Our guests have been asking us to open a Clintonville location for quite some time and we are beyond excited to be part of such a growing, lively and diverse community.”

Condado Clintonville opens Thursday, November 16. As part of the grand opening celebration, the location will offer half-priced house margaritas and one free taco to each guest all day. Condado Clintonville will operate seven days a week, opening from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
