    Columbus Food Truck & Cart Festival Returns this Summer

    Now in its fourth year, the Columbus Food Truck & Cart Festival returns to the Columbus Commons, 160 South High Street, this Summer. The festival not only features Columbus’ premier food trucks, but live music, arts & crafts, and family fun as well.

    The Midwest’s largest food truck festival will be held August 15th – 16th, with free admission for all. The Ronald McDonald House will again be the charitable partner for this event, the festival having raised over $15,000 in the last 3 years for the non-profit that provides homes away from home for families of seriously ill children.

    This year, attendees can expect to find their favorite trucks on hand, including Hungry Monkey, The Burrito Bus, Island Noodles Florida, Sweet! The Mobile Cupcakery, and Sublime Smoke. Making their Food Truck Festival debut, 4 trucks worth trying: Melty Crüe, Burgermania, Fun|Frenzy, and Mixing Bowl Asian Grille.

    These new trucks offer everything from gourmet grilled cheese, to sloppy good burgers, to funnel cakes. They join a lineup that already serves polish sausages, al pastor tacos, Italian ice, pizza by the slice, jerk chicken, and shrimp po’ boys, among other delicious fare.

    The Columbus Food Truck Festival will also feature live music by some of the city’s best talents, including The Wet Darlings, Angela Perly & The Howlin’ Moons, and The Winnie Cooper Project.

    The Columbus Food Truck Festival kicks off at noon on Friday the 15th, and ends at 10pm on Saturday the 16th.
