    Columbus Clippers Win Triple-A National Championship

    The Columbus Clippers traveled to Albuquerque yesterday, and have brought home the title of National Champions. The Clippers bested the Omaha Storm Chasers in a big 8-3 win.

    Additionally, the Clippers brought home the Governors’ Cup for the second year in a row after taking down the Lehigh Valley IronPigs in game 4 of the championship series last week.

    The championship title is a fitting end to a great season for the Clippers who saw an increase in attendance despite an extremely hot summer season.
