Here are the sites that will be up for auction on November 28:

1300 Forsythe Ave. The former home to Fifth Avenue Alternative Elementary, it also held Groove U until the music industry career center moved its campus to Dublin earlier this year. Located in the Dennison Place neighborhood, just across from Victorian Village, the three-acre site features a full block of frontage along West Fifth Avenue. It’s been appraised at $5.29 million. The 30,000-square-foot building on the site was built in 1975.

300 Livingston Ave. This 7.5-acre site overlooks I-70 on the northern edge of German Village. The four-story, 130,000-square foot building on the site dates to 1962 and held the Africentric Early College School before that program moved to a new campus on the East Side. The property has been appraised at just over $15 million.

966 S. High St. Known as the Maennerchor Building, it sits on a third of an acre and was appraised at $325,000. The restaurant Valter’s at Maennerchor and the Maennerchor choir itself are located next door at 976 S. High St. – that building is not owned by Columbus City Schools.

The auction date has not been set for this site:

278 E. Spring St. Used as office space and as a storage facility, this one-acre site Downtown has been appraised at $2.33 million.
