The newly renovated Clintonville Kroger will celebrate its grand reopening today. The store closed for remodeling back in July. The renovations have grown the store by an additional 1,600 square feet and updates have been made to the produce department, deli and the meat and seafood counters. The new Kroger also features additional U-Scan checkout stations.

“We have remodeled the Clintonville store to give customers convenience and better product selection,” said Sara Littleton, Kroger store manager. “We are now able to offer more quality products to our customers, as well as make it easier for them to locate items throughout the store.”

Other new store amenities include a lobster tank, an expanded wine selection, sushi counter and more prepared food offerings. The Clintonville Kroger will also feature a new, updated Pharmacy.

“The store updates provide the customer with a more enjoyable shopping experience in an attractive, expanded environment,” Littleton said. “We have made upgrades to our parking area and made the checkout process more accommodating for our customers with additional lanes. We also now accept BuckID.”

The Clintonville Kroger is located at 3417 North High Street and open 6am to 1am daily. The grand reopening event takes place today at 9am with an open house event taking place from 4pm to 6pm.
