    City Council Member Ginther Re-Elected as President

    Columbus City Council has re-elected Andrew Ginther as Council President for a second term. Ginther has served on council since 2007, and as president since 2011.

    “I want to thank my fellow councilmembers for their vote of confidence in me, and the community for its strong support of this Council,” said President Ginther in a statement released today. “It is an honor to serve as Council President and I promise to continue to focus on the issues that are most important to our residents, including the health and safety of our neighborhoods and the continued economic development of Columbus and Central Ohio.”
