Kinda off the subject but noticed the small parking lot at the corner of State and 4th is up for sale zoned dd..wonder what will become of it?
JD3 Says: Did anyone watch this? Probably a silly question. I missed it, so what did you think?
I don’t think the full documentary will be out for awhile. I think what they’re doing right now is just releasing smaller news bits this week. Click the “VIDEO” link on THIS PAGE to see Monday night’s bit.

Couple different things going on:
10TV News is doing specials this week (although the snow is delaying today’s) at 6pm. There will be reports throughout the year. Each one will be archived to the web.
10TV.com already has some interview features and will have more. Other exclusive content and historical film will be loaded to the site over time.
10TV Productions is currently in pre-production on something we hope the whole city and region will be proud of. More on that later…
We’ll keep everyone posted. In the meantime, don’t be afraid to PM me, reply, tweet, or email the station suggestions or ideas. We want this to be a community conversation.

Just FYI… This site and the passionate people on here were an influence / inspiration for this project. Hats of to all of you “pioneers” here on ColumbusUnderground. Your hard work and passion is taking this mainstream. I’m very excited to see where this goe.
what are the boundaries of downtown? Is East franklinton part of it since it’s inside the inner-belt? or does downtown stop at the T&O tracks? or the river?
I am happy to see family-owned 10TV presenting this project. Being on 10TV will help Columbus’ positive message reach people who may not have had a previous interest or awareness, plus it reaches beyond 270 into neighboring counties (not to mention build excitement and momentum for those already involved).
That being said, the Topix forums are a mess and filled with random insipid remarks. I’d like to see Dispatch/10TV ask Topix to require free email registration to promote conversation among readers instead of random one-off remarks.
Or 10TV could direct readers to the CU board ;)

Please, by all that is holy, no.
@ JimSweeney – Technically, the river, but many consider it Downtown since it sits right in front of the skyline and has COSI and Vet’s.
Columbus is brimming with potential and visionary people. It’s nice to see so many people agree. The sky’s the limit on where this project can go.
Hi Jerry! Thanks for posting! ;)
