Dublin’s Bridge Park has a new tenant set to open this spring: Updox, a fast-growing tech company that created an aggregated communication platform for physicians, care teams and patients to interact more effectively. Currently located on Frantz Road, Updox will relocate to the 24,000 square foot space at 6555 Longshore St., Suite 220.
Updox joins several other corporation in leasing space at Bridge Park, which also hosts several residential buildings, a hotel, an event venue, and a variety of restaurants. Crawford Hoying, Stifel Nicolaus, MSF Real Estate Capital, Kappa Kappa Gamma and others have chosen the growing Bridge Park area for their corporate offices.
