    Bluestem Neighborhood Launching Near Tanger Outlet Mall

    Representatives from Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI) announced today that the first lots within the Bluestem Neighborhood — a subsection of the Northstar Community residential development in Delaware County — are now available for purchase. The neighborhood is centered around the Northstar Golf Club, just north of the Tanger Outlet Mall.

    nriPhase one of the sale includes 55 lots out of a total of 114 to be developed at Bluestem. Those who purchase lots can have custom built homes constructed by Fischer Homes, Schottenstein Homes or Rockford Homes. Prices for homes and lots start at $350,000.

    “We are very pleased to announce the availability of lots in the Bluestem Neighborhood at Northstar Community,” said NRI President and COO Brian Ellis. “Development is ready to take off in this neighborhood and we are excited for the future of Northstar and this growing area.”

    Once fully developed, the 1,800-acre Northstar will include 1,300 homes and condos, 400 acres of commercial development, an elementary and middle school, and 800 acres of green space. The development is a partnership between NRI and The Robert Weiler Company.
