Blue Jackets Announce Major Corporate Partnership With Huntington Bank

Huntington becomes team’s newest Championship Partner

The Columbus Blue Jackets announced today that Huntington Bank has signed a multi-year deal to become the hockey club’s sixth Championship Partner. The deal names Huntington as the official financial services provider of the Columbus Blue Jackets, the Columbus Destroyers and Nationwide Arena. Huntington joins Anheuser-Busch, Dispatch Media Group, OhioHealth, Pepsi and Pontiac-GMC as Championship Partners of the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Primary components of the fully integrated corporate partnership include prominent signage in various areas throughout Nationwide Arena including in-ice inventory, dasher boards, panels on the center hung scoreboard, in-arena billboards and banners as well as electronic exposure on the YESCO signage. In addition, Huntington holds naming rights to a branded destination on the arena’s main concourse. Additional elements of the partnership include in-game promotional opportunities, broadcast inventory and several branded ATM locations throughout Nationwide Arena and the Dispatch Ice Haus.

Beyond the confines of Nationwide Arena, Huntington will also have dasher boards and in-ice signage on all sheets of ice at the Chiller Ice Rinks including the Dispatch Ice Haus, Chiller Dublin, Chiller Easton and Chiller North.
