BIBIBOP, owned by the same team behind Charley’s Grilled Subs, has expanded rapidly since 2013, adding five new Columbus restaurants. The most recent, at 6977 East Broad Street, opened on June 16. They announced the opening of their first BIBIBOP outside of Columbus two weeks ago: a Liberty Center location will be opening in Cincinnati this fall.

The restaurant serves a health-focused take on Korean bibimbap, a traditional mixed rice dish. BIBIBOP has locations in Easton, Polaris, Grandview, and Upper Arlington, in addition to to East Broad.
