Best Yoga Studio of 2014: Yoga on High

Last year we added “Best Gym” to our annual reader’s survey, and we had many people who filled in that blank with their favorite yoga studio of choice. Of course, the write-in vote wasn’t as representative as it could be, so we decided to break out the yoga studios into their own category, since not only are people passionate about their favorite fitness facility, but the ongoing yoga-centric series penned by contributing writer Nancy Alkire continue to be very well read with each installation.

With that being said, our very first Best Yoga Studio of the year recognition goes to Yoga on High, located at 1081 in the Short North. Opened in 2001, Yoga on High is one of the longest-running studios on our list, boasting a large roster of teachers and a wide assortment of classes that includes aerial yoga, pilates, prenatal yoga, reiki and more.
