Best Public Art Display of 2012: Bicentennial Towers

Four white decorative spirals were erected on columns on the Broad Street Bridge Downtown, which will remain in place through the end of the year. While the work was only temporary, it certainly sparked a public conversation about the possibility of investing in more permanent sculptures in this prime location for display.
