    For the second year in a row, Jeni’s Ice Creams took home the top spot in the Best Dessert category of our reader’s poll, and with good reason: Jeni’s expanded into new Central Ohio turf in Beechwold and Powell this year, and opened their first store “abroad” in the Cleveland suburb of Chagrin Falls.
