Since opening in 2009, Dirty Frank’s Hot Dog Palace has dominated in the category of “Cheap Eats” in our annual readers’ survey.     I have to give props to the food trucks that keep it around $6. They seem to be my go to places for cheap eats now. Variety is the spice of life, even when on a budget.
