Ever since the Ray Ray’s Hog Pit food truck was launched in 2009 (back when it was briefly known as Smackies), grillmaster James Anderson has quickly made a name for his business as being one of the best BBQ joints in town. For those who aren’t in the know, you can find the truck parked alongside an outdoor grill and smoker behind Ace of Cups in Old North Columbus, where lines of hungry customers form every Thursday through Sunday.
At the Best Bites: Barbecue festival, Ray Ray’s is keeping it simple, and will be showcasing their popular dry rub spare ribs. If you’ve never had them, now’s your chance to come and find out what the fuss is all about!
