The CBC Restaurant in the Brewery District has been showcasing upscale brewpub foods for nearly twenty years, but some fans of the eatery may not even realize that the restaurant has a smoker in the back for making slow cooked meats and barbecue items. The folks at CBC Restaurant will be bringing that to the forefront during our upcoming Best Bites: Barbecue event on Thursday, June 23rd. Chef Matthew White is showcasing a smoked ancho rubbed pulled pork with sweet corn elote, pickled cabbage and chipotle bbq sauce atop a seared jalapeño corn bread.
