Bake Me Happy is opening their full service gluten free bakery at 106 East Moler Street this weekend in Merion Village. As we originally reported in June, the 2,800 square foot bakery will allow the company to add walk-in service to their previously wholesale-only business.

“Bake Me Happy is not only about creating gluten-free pastries with great taste — it’s also about supporting our community,” said co-owner Wendy Miller Pugh in an interview with CU last October. The bakery works closely with ARC Industries and the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities to provide employment opportunities for adults with development disabilities and associated challenges.

The grand opening of the new location takes place this Saturday, September 20th from 5pm to 9pm and includes tours, products samples and Crimson Cup coffee.
