Lauren Mason

Lauren is the Produce Team Leader at Whole Foods Market Dublin where she’s worked since 2005. Whether it is marathon baking, traveling on food-ventures, or perusing restaurant menus, Lauren loves to surround herself with good food and all things delicious. She is inspired by fresh, seasonal ingredients, things that go “crunch”, and anything and everything on the breakfast menu. She enjoys cool, rainy days, a hot cup of coffee, and hanging out with her husband and 1-year- old daughter, whose first word was coincidently “num num”.
