Aimee is an RRCA certified running coach from Delaware, OH and is the Capital City Half and Quarter Marathon coach. She lives on a farm with her husband John and their two dogs Tucker and Bosko. She works at Ohio State University as a Senior Research Associate for the Institute for Materials Research in semiconductor electronics fabrication. Originally a soccer player and equestrian from Bucks County, Pennsylvania Aimee now calls Ohio home and loves running and coaching for Cap City and Marathoner in Training. She loves coaching endurance athletes, especially first time half and full marathoners. She believes that every run is part of the journey and the race is just the icing on the cake! She has completed 11 full marathons, 2 Ironman triathlons, and over 15 half marathons.
