Mike Minnix has always had an interest in natural resources and sustainability practices. Growing up in Columbus, he knows first hand this is a great place to work and have a business. He loves how engaged the people are here and how much they love their city. Originally studying to be a park ranger, he worked for Concessions by Cox while in college and found that he enjoyed event management and helping events have as little environmental impact as possible.
I recently went over to the Whittier Peninsula to chat with him about his business Earth Limited and how he and his employees are working to overhaul the restaurant industry as well as offering green products for sale and providing groups like Girl Scouts with books to help others.
