Definitely one of the overlooked villages. Good variety of architecture and infill, yet you still have large grass lots in prime locations that haven’t been touched by developers like the one at E 1st and Mt Pleasant and another along E 3rd just east of Bodega. Yeah ,yeah, the economy isn’t great now, but it’s like no one ever noticed. Wouldn’t mind some more of these in various colors.

@kate – the official Sherwin Williams name of the house paint color is “dill pickle” and it the house is oft referenced solely as ‘dill pickle’. it obviously was the first thing that caught our attention. it has now been copied a couple of times in the neighborhood, and i think will soon be seen on at least one home in Grandview.
