According to an article in Business First (“Apple opening Polaris store“), Columbus will be getting its second Apple retail store at the Polaris Fashion Place Mall. You won’t have to wait long to get your fix of new iPhone and Macbooks either, as the new store is scheduled to open on Saturday.
Anyone planning on heading there on opening day? Or will you stick to the Easton location, MicroCenter, or buying your Apple-branded electronics online?

Cool. Close to work. :)
Silly JonMyers, there is Apple everything at Polaris – go to the light.
Please note the grammar error:
“Columbus will be getting it’s second Apple retail store at the Polaris Fashion Place Mall”
it’s = it is
its = possessive of it
So, it should have been “…its second…”
Crack investigative reporting there Lou
From TODAYS dispatch;

Apple will open its second store in Columbus on Saturday nine years after opening its first retail outlet in the city.
The grand opening of the Apple Store at Polaris Fashion Place will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday.
The new Apple store is located in the mall’s lower level, a Polaris spokeswoman said. Apple took over part of a space formerly occupied by fashion retailer Gap, which recently downsized and reconfigured its store in the mall.

Compared to Yesterday Business First;
[quote]A representative with Polaris owner Glimcher Realty Trust (NYSE:GRT) said Apple is moving into space on the mall’s lower level, opened up as retailer Gap Inc. reconfigured and downsized its presence there.

I wouldn’t call an interests piece about a chain store opening in a mall ‘investigative reporting’.

You don’t qualify for educational pricing just by being a Wexner patron. However, you can get educational pricing at any Apple store by showing appropriate ID. Or you can get this (‘hint, hint”) through the Educational online Apple store.
