Amended South Side plan ready for review

Merion Village and Schumacher Place residents can peek into the possible future of their neighborhoods during presentations of the Amended South Side plan tonight and next week.
They will hear about a lot of ideas in the areas of zoning and development, transportation and open space, based on input they have provided to city planners over the past year.
City planners will present a draft of the 59-page amendment tonight (Nov. 1) at 6:30 p.m., at the Parsons Avenue Library, 845 Parsons Ave.
Neighbors also can hear about the plan at the Merion Village Association meeting, 1330 S. Fourth St., on Nov. 7 at 7 p.m.

Please remember that this is a draft, and the final plan isn’t done yet. The current draft is on the City of Columbus website, and the final one will be there too, probably in December.
