    1400 Food Lab Launched in Former Commissary Space

    After nearly three years in operation, The Commissary has been reborn as 1400 Food Lab. The entrepreneurial kitchen incubator opened in late 2014 at 1400 Dublin Road as a place for local chefs, aspiring food entrepreneurs, food truck operators and the foodie community to gather and develop their ideas.

    New owners and management have transitioned the space in 1400 Food Lab, but the mission remains the same. The new owners told The Metropreneur in a recent article that they did not want the 60 plus entrepreneurs who operate there to lose their spaces, and have worked to make the transition seamless while still performing some updates and upgrades to the building.
